Because of these shared values, we often set aside special holidays to celebrate the growth and struggle of various groups and minorities over time to achieve equality and political correctness.

However, it is not uncommon for certain groups to be suppressed by the majority as a whole. Only through struggle and sacrifice have groups such as Native-Americans, Latino-Americans, vampires, and European-Americans-Who-Want-To-Have-A-Cool-Title-Like-Carribean-Americans been able to achieve true equality.

It is in times like these my dear fellows, that a great hypocrisy is most evident. One especially important group to our heritage, culture, society, government, and sword-holding customs is so arrogantly suppressed and ignored by society as whole. "Which group is this? Where is my cheeseburger?" are both valid questions raised by this statement and throughout the remainder of this article I will attempt to verbosely (yay, I'm like Spot now!) answer them.

First of all, B*B is an rm2k website and as such you should get some money and buy your own damn cheeseburger. I know that the ACLU might protest along with AACB (Association for the Advancement of Cheeseburgers), but really, it's getting out of hand as it is.

Now, as for the group that's so blatantly discriminated against, I'd like to say that most of you have probably guessed by now which one I'm talking about. Yes, I'm talking about pirates. Why pirates? I'll tell you way if you'd quit asking me questions. You see, a long time ago in an ocean far far away, pirates ravaged the seas in wooden ships that ruthlessly pillaged treasure from the godless communists of the Spanish Main.

Whilst pillaging and getting action from all the local girls, pirates managed to do everything with complete and utter uber coolness. Seriously, a pirated could slip on a banana and still get rewards and praise from everybody! Indeed, without pirates to rape, plunder, and pillage colonial bastions of communisms, we sure wouldn't be flying anything but a red flag in this day in age!

Sadly, pirates have not received the praise and attention they truly deserve. That's why a group of local pro-pirate choice activists have taken it upon themselves to promote a remembrance of piracy and its general impact on society. This day, which will officially be held on September 19 of every year, is THE INTERNATIONAL TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY. Mark this on your calendars: it's right between the birthdays of Samuel Johnson, who made a dictionary once, and Elizabeth Kenny, who did some stuff.

You see, not only did pirates wear cool clothes (like parrots) and get all the chicks they wanted, but they also said everything in an inherently cool manner. Phrases like, "Yhar" and "two glass eyes says I" are landmarks in the development of modern English and Jive and deserve our praise through saying them.

So remember, you're not cool if you don't talk like a pirate on September 19. None of the chicks will dig you and we'll be making sure you be having two glass eyes if ye don be talking like I be speaking now says I!
