Fade To Black has gone through a couple releases and this is the third. The original synopsis is as follows.

The story circles around many elements. In the beginning it focuses around a war erupting between two countries. The main hero is attending a training school to help fight the war when things go a bit awry and the school falls into the wrong hands. I would tell more but I don't want to spoil anything.

Chapter 3 of Fade To Black is a year and a half in the making, unfortunately half that year was spent sulking because I thought I had lost the game in a format. But thanks to backup CDs I didn't know I had and a surprising dedication to rm2k for about a month, I can finally release the second to last chapter of Fade To Black. We're almost at the end, and things are starting to heat up as Kendo tries to figure out what side he wants to fight for.

NOTE: The zip file contains all three chapters for Fade To Black, and you can play it straight through from beginning to end with no interruptions. I changed a lot of the gameplay mechanics and a lot of database options, so if for some reason you have a save from the old versions it's best not to use them, I can't imagine you having a save from a year and a half ago anyway.

I can understand however that this means some people who played the game before will have to start over from the beginning. Realizing that I've added a few new scenes to the beginning and changed some of the graphics, so it hopefully won't be a complete boredom fest.
